A talented technical professional was preparing for an upcoming BRCGS audit and wanted support to strengthen audit readiness, technical confidence, and team leadership.

- On-site visits to assess practical implementation to be able to Coach and Mentor a professional on site
- Remote sessions for documentation review and deep-dive coaching during the objective’s completion
Through focused 1:1 Coaching and Mentoring, we worked on audit preparation, task prioritisation, document review, and developing a more confident approach to team coordination and technical decision-making.
